The BMW M8 was launched in India in April 2023.

Exterior:

The BMW M8 gets exterior equipment like LED laser headlights with DRLs, LED tail lights, a powered tailgate, an M rear spoiler, automatic headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, a 19-inch M-specific alloy wheels, and a soft-close function for the doors.

Interior:

On the inside, the M8 comes loaded with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, a 12.3-inch virtual cockpit for the driver, a 16-speaker setup, a head-up display, a wireless charger, and a surround-view camera. Also on offer is the carbon fibre interior trim with M Sport front bucket seats and Merino leather upholstery.

Engine, performance, and specifications:

The BMW M8 comes equipped with a BS6 2-updated, 4.4-litre, twin-turbo V8 engine producing 591bhp and 750Nm of torque while being paired with an eight-speed automatic gearbox.

Variants:

The BMW M8 is available in a single, fully loaded variant.

Safety:

The BMW M8 has not been tested yet for any crash test safety ratings.

Competition:

The BMW M8 competes against the Mercedes-AMG GT and Lexus LC500h.
