The BS6 Phase 2-compliant Maruti Eeco was launched in India on 25 April, 2023.

Exterior:

The updated Maruti Suzuki Eeco does not get significant upgrades over the outgoing model. The van is available in five body colour options, such as Metallic Brisk Blue (new), Solid White, Metallic Silky Silver, Pearl Midnight Black, and Metallic Glistening Grey.

Interior:

Maruti Suzuki Eeco gets new feature upgrades in the form of a digital instrument cluster, reclining front seats, a new steering wheel, rotary controls for AC and heater, and a dome lamp with a battery saver function. As for safety, the updated model offers dual airbags, ABS with EBD, an engine immobiliser, an illuminated hazard switch, a child lock for the sliding doors and windows, and reverse parking sensors.

Engine, performance, and specifications:

Under the hood, the new Maruti Eeco is powered by a 1.2-litre, K-series dual jet, dual VVT engine that claims to produce 10 per cent more power output of 80bhp at 6,000rpm and 104.4Nm of torque at 3,000rpm. Maruti Suzuki boasts that the petrol version is 25 per cent more fuel efficient and delivers an efficiency figure of 20.20kmpl (Tour) and 19.71kmpl (passenger). On the other hand, the CNG version is believed to be 29 per cent more efficient and delivers up to 27.05 km/kg (Tour) and 26.78km/kg (passenger).

Variants:

The Eeco is offered in Std, Std AC, and CNG variants.

Safety:

The Maruti Eeco has not been crash tested for safety ratings yet.
